Danielle “Dani” Badgett, Every Voice Lifted LLC, Founder

As a proud native of Meridian, Mississippi, Dani has witnessed the consequence of silent complacency as it relates to creating environments of equity and change. It is her passion and life's mission to create opportunities for organizations and institutions to engage in dialogues that shed light on inequity and injustice by teaching empathy, courage, and curiosity. Dani’s experience in creating environments that encourage deliberative dialogue concerning race, religion, sexuality, and gender identity have led her to creating this company that encourages institutions and organizations to ask difficult questions and discover practical solutions that lead to greater cultural competence. Dani believes that we all have the ability to change the future by ensuring that every voice is lifted, especially those who have been silenced or ignored for so long.
